Signs to Seek Help

  • Inability to concentrate
  • Change in mood

  • Altered sleep or eating patterns
  • Ideas or actions of harming self, family members or others
  • Substance experimentation or abuse
  • Aggressive behavior and/or threatening behavior
  • Expressing threats and/or plans to harm self or others
  • Sadness
  • Worry and anxiety
  • Restlessness
  • Emotional swings
  • Confused about events, days or times
  • Loss of motivation
  • Repetitive behaviors and thoughts
  • Impulsiveness
  • Desire to be alone
  • Quickness to anger
  • Difficulty forming healthy bonds with others
  • Detached from family and/or friends
  • Hearing or seeing things not there
  • Lack of emotions and or desires to participate in normal activities; apathy
